#7 Fashion Trunk Show

Following my new favorite designer, I wanted to feature them for my trunk show blog. This past summer, the up-and-coming brand held a trunk show with Refinery 29 in NYC! At this trunk show, like many others do, the brand offered 30% percent off for each order purchased at Refinery 29 for the duration of the show. The Wren show was just 2 days long, but sometimes they can be more or less depending on what the retailer and designer would prefer. Usually, there's food and drink at the events to attract more customers.

Trunk shows are used mainly to introduce a new line or designer to a retail store, or to promote a brand that is currently carried. Trunk shows are great publicity for emerging designers and a great way to get your name out in the industry!

  1. I love WREN! They're looks are so easy and girly with a little edge. And mixing great styles with a fun trunk show environment is just the ideal shopping situation.

  2. Hey Francesca, I couldn't agree with you more about trunk shows and there importance in the fashion industry. They are truly a great tool for all emerging designers because they help bring awareness to your brand. I have never been to a trunk show before, but I would love to go to one, maybe one day I'll get the chance.
